Responsibilities

selling of new, used, and foreclosed properties in your community

working with a high performing team driven by success and will be delivering

involved in various projects pertaining to sales and could very well be liaison

correspondence with prospects will include phone calls, e-mail and social

media, and physical delivery of flyers and promotions to residents
•
include physically walking around the property to meet with residents in their

homes and providing tours on foot

Sell new, used, and foreclosed inventory at prices set by
•
Conduct sales and lease closings including home move-in
•
Monitor homes for readiness
•
Manage and upload photos and descriptions of community
•
Review inventory for refurb needs
•
Creates and places effective advertising as directed by
•
Perform sales office duties as directed by Management
•
Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
•
Tracks and follow ups with all prospective residents
•
Create and maintain a positive Community environment
•
Communicate policies and procedures
•
Create and ensure a safe work environment
•
Follow safety precautions and procedures
•
Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing
